Our Programs
At Women Concern (WOCO), evidence-based advocacy is a cornerstone of our strategy for systemic change. We strengthen grassroots women's voices through rigorous research, participatory learning, and advocacy—rooted in our UPG model and community-based work.
Conduct participatory field research to identify gender issues, track program impact, inform advocacy, and develop localized knowledge products such as toolkits, manuals, and reports.
Advocate for laws and policies that protect women’s rights, contribute to national frameworks, and ensure accountability on gender commitments in post-conflict recovery and climate resilience.
Facilitate participation of women from remote, conflict-affected areas in national and international forums, document their stories, and link grassroots knowledge to global dialogues.
Research and document the impact of the Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) model on women’s empowerment, advocate for its adoption by governments, and promote community-led data generation for local planning.
When women lead the research and advocacy shaping their future, real, lasting change becomes possible. Support our efforts to amplify women’s voices and create transformative impact.
